Use this page to request deletion of your AGB Courier and Cargo Services account and personal data associated with it. This page is public and does not require you to sign in.
Before You Submit
Some employee and customer accounts are created and managed by an employer, customer organization, office or branch. For those accounts, we may need to contact the organization administrator and confirm that the request is authorized.
How the Request Is Processed
- Complete and submit the secure form below.
- We will verify your identity using the registered contact or organization records.
- We may ask for limited additional information if the account cannot be identified safely.
- We aim to acknowledge requests within 7 days and complete eligible deletion requests within 30 days, unless applicable law permits or requires more time.

Records We May Retain
Account access and data that is not required may be deleted or anonymized. Certain shipment, AWB, POD, invoice, billing, tax, fraud-prevention, dispute and audit records may be retained where required by law, contract or a legitimate compliance obligation. Retained records remain protected and are not used for unrelated marketing.
